At Neigh & Nicker, the safety and best interests of our customers and ourselves are our top priority. We therefore reserve the right to determine what products are not allowed to be listed on or put up for sale on our site (www.neighandnicker.co.uk), and we reserve the right to remove any listings deemed to be in breach of these or any other guidelines which are part of our Marketplace Terms.
Please consult our checklist of items we deem as offensive or in breach of our selling guidelines below to learn what items may not be posted.
Drugs & Alcohol - We do not permit the selling of any drugs or alcohol of any kind. This includes tobacco or any type of smoking accessories, steroids, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia. Any substances being described as having a drug-like effect are also prohibited.
Weapons - We do not permit the selling of firearms, weapons, or military items on our site. This includes ammunitions, firearm replicas, all blade weapons, knives, and sharp instruments.
Offensive Materials - We do not permit the posting of any offensive materials such as pornographic images/videos or wording, nor do we allow any items promoting, supporting, or celebrating hatred, violence, racial, sexual and/or religious beliefs. Items promoting religious intolerance are also strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to publish any type of content that praises, promotes, encourages, or incites terrorism, hate speech, homophobia, xenophobia, human trafficking, organized crime, illegal organizations, self-injury, suicide, torture, cruelty to animals, sexual exploitation of children and/or adults, cults, or other Unlawful Content.
Advertising - advertisements of any kind whether for commercial or private businesses is strictly prohibited. Neigh & Nicker does not allow any unsolicited advertising or promotions.
Electrical products - If you intend to sell any form of electrical goods, you should ensure that any items you are listing meet all the legal safety requirements applicable. If you are unsure whether any second- hand electrical goods which you intend to sell meet such requirements, you should take advice from a suitably qualified person. Under no circumstances should any electrical goods which are listed for a recall by their manufacturer or retail distributor, be listed on Neigh & Nicker Marketplace.
Neigh & Nicker shall not be liable, in any circumstances, to any buyer or seller of second-hand electrical goods for any damage, injury or loss resulting from the sale or purchase of electrical goods unsafe or otherwise.
